With over a decade of experience in the advertising industry, including driving strategy for a Fortune 500 company—I’ve had the privilege of helping brands grow with creativity and purpose. While my background spans nearly every aspect of marketing, my true passion and specialty lies in digital marketing—crafting strategies that connect the right message with the right audience at the right time. 

International Automotive Manufacturing & Distribution 

With over 35 years of expertise in automotive parts manufacturing and global distribution, James Holsem has been a driving force in advancing production strategies for leading industry organizations, including SPX Corporation, Dana Corporation, and MAHLE Industries. His work has supported global engine OEMs such as Cummins, Caterpillar, GM, Daimler, PSA, Ford, Volkswagen, and others, establishing him as a trusted leader in the field. Since 1997, James has spearheaded the development of global production strategies, specializing in M&A, divestitures, plant closures, and production relocations across regions including France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, the U.K., Slovakia, the USA, Mexico, China, Brazil, and Argentina. His expertise in directing international management teams, leading multi-country relocations, and overseeing large-scale plant expansions and startups highlights his ability to navigate complex global operations. As a seasoned executive, James has held roles such as Director of Operations, Director of Restructuring, Plant Manager, Project Manager, and Computer Engineer. He brings vast experience in ERP system implementation, lean production system principles, and ISO quality management standards, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth. Currently based in The Woodlands, Texas, James maintains a second home in Belize and speaks conversational French. With an MBA and a dedication to transforming global automotive operations, he continues to provide strategic insights and leadership as a Principal Consultant.

International Oil & Gas Finance 

With over 30 years of expertise in global oil and gas finance, accounting, and financial systems, Clement Dikoko has played a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies for industry leaders, including Amoco, Shell International, ExxonMobil, and Repsol North America. His extensive experience in Joint Venture and Production Sharing Accounting has made him a trusted advisor in negotiating and implementing financial agreements. Clement possesses in-depth knowledge of local governments in West Africa and Southeast Asia, equipping him to navigate complex regulatory environments and strategic investments. He has led major finance system implementation projects across Nigeria, Malaysia, Europe, Guyana, Mozambique, Brazil, Angola, the USA, The Congo, and Gabon, delivering transformative financial solutions to diverse markets. Since 2018, Clement has been based in The Woodlands, Texas, where he remains actively engaged in the international oil and gas industry, advising on investment opportunities in West Africa and serving as a Principal Consultant. Clement holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Accounting. Fluent in French and English, he also speaks conversational Dutch. He maintains residences in The Hague, Netherlands, and The Woodlands, Texas, reflecting his global expertise and international perspective.
